At RRR Collection, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
 - 
Tags and labels must be intact.
 - 
You must provide proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or screenshot).

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Sale or discounted items
 - 
Customized or made-to-order products
 - 
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
 - 
Accessories (due to hygiene reasons)
 
3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via WhatsApp or email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 working days.
 - 
Refunds will be sent through your original payment method or Easypaisa/Bank Transfer, as applicable.
 
4. Exchanges
- 
Defective, damaged, or wrong items will be replaced free of charge.
 - 
To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
 
5. Return Shipping
- 
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
 - 
We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
