RRR Collection – Return & Refund Policy

At RRR Collection, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

    • Tags and labels must be intact.

    • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or screenshot).

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

  • Accessories (due to hygiene reasons)

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via WhatsApp or email.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be sent through your original payment method or Easypaisa/Bank Transfer, as applicable.

4. Exchanges

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong items will be replaced free of charge.

  • To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
